What is atmVnnVciSig?

This OID stores the Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) value used for the ATM signaling channel on the UNI, ranging from 0 to 31. Network engineers configure this to specify which channel number carries the UNI signaling; by standard convention, VCI 16 is commonly used for management traffic. A typical configuration uses VPI 0 and VCI 16 together, meaning signaling messages travel on virtual path 0, channel 16, while user data uses different VPI/VCI pairs.
