Description: Timer T399 value - seconds

What is atmVnnT399?

This OID stores the T399 timer value in seconds, which is a network-side timeout used between status enquiry retries when verifying that connections are still valid. Network engineers adjust this to control how aggressively the network probes for dead connections, balancing link load against detection speed. A T399 value of 10 seconds means the network will retry status checks every 10 seconds until it determines a connection is truly gone.
