What is atmVnnIlmiTimerS?

Controls the polling interval in seconds for ILMI keep-alive messages when the link is detected as down or unreachable. Network engineers tune this value to balance between quick failure detection and avoiding excessive probe traffic on the link. A typical value of 4 seconds means the interface will attempt to contact the switch every 4 seconds when connectivity is lost.
