What is atmVnnIlmiRetryK?

Specifies how many consecutive ILMI probe messages can fail before the interface considers the link lost and triggers failover. Engineers adjust this threshold to prevent false alarms caused by temporary network jitter while still detecting real outages quickly. A value of 3 means the interface must see 3 consecutive ILMI timeouts before marking the link as down.
