What is atmVci?

This OID stores the ATM Virtual Channel Identifier (0-65535) that pinpoints which specific ATM channel within a path generated a trap. Engineers use this to isolate channel-level problems when troubleshooting cell loss or congestion. For example, VCI '5000' identifies the exact virtual channel experiencing the issue, making debugging more precise.
