What is atmUniUPCSupp?
This OID enables or disables UPC (Usage Parameter Control) traffic policing, which ensures that connection traffic conforms to negotiated rates and SLAs. Network operators enable this to prevent traffic violations and maintain quality of service across the network. For example, setting it to 1 (on) activates per-connection traffic policing to enforce agreed-upon bandwidth limits.
