What is atmUniSvcMinVci?

This OID sets the lowest Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) value available for SVC allocation, with values ranging from 0 to 65535. Network engineers configure this to protect lower VCI numbers for permanent connections while reserving higher numbers for dynamic SVCs. For example, setting to 256 reserves VCIs 0-255 for PVCs and allows SVCs to start at VCI 256, enabling clear separation between connection types.
