What is atmUniOperStatus?

This read-only OID reports the actual operational state of the ATM UNI, showing whether it is 'inService' (active) or 'outOfService' (offline). Network engineers monitor this to confirm the interface is functioning as intended on the network. For example, an 'inService' value means the UNI is currently operational and capable of passing ATM traffic, while 'outOfService' indicates it is down or disabled.
