What is atmUniIlmiTimerS?

This OID stores the ILMI polling interval in seconds used when the link is down, controlling how frequently the system checks for link recovery. Network engineers tune this value to balance between quick failure detection and reducing unnecessary network traffic. For example, setting it to 5 means the system checks for link recovery every 5 seconds during a link-down condition.
