What is atmUniAvailBwIgr?

This read-only OID reports the available ingress bandwidth on the interface in cells per second, excluding bandwidth consumed by UBR connections. Network engineers monitor this value to determine how much capacity remains for provisioning new connections. For example, a reported value of 100000 indicates 100,000 cells per second of available bandwidth for incoming traffic.
