What is atmUniAvailBwEgr?
This read-only OID reports the available egress bandwidth on the interface in cells per second, excluding bandwidth consumed by UBR connections. Engineers check this before adding new outbound virtual circuits to ensure sufficient capacity exists. For example, a reported value of 75000 means 75,000 cells per second of bandwidth is available for new outgoing connections.
