What is atmTrunkingSigVccOutgoingVci?

This OID stores the Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) number used on the outgoing ATM interface, as an integer between 0 and 65535. Network engineers configure this when setting up ATM connections to ensure the outgoing traffic is routed to the correct virtual channel on the trunk. For example, if you set this to 100, all signaling traffic exits the interface on channel 100.
