What is atmSvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoA?
This OID holds the low-order 32 bits of cells transmitted on an ATM SVC VCC in direction 'A', and must be combined with the Hi field to compute total outbound traffic for billing and performance monitoring. Network engineers watch for discrepancies between input and output cell counts—asymmetric counts can reveal packet loss, one-way reachability problems, or duplex mismatches. For instance, if output cells are consistently less than input cells by a large margin, traffic may be getting stuck in a queue or discarded by an ACL.
