What is atmSvcVccStatsInOdometerCellCountLoA?

This OID contains the low-order 32 bits of the lifetime odometer count for cells received in direction 'A', and when combined with the Hi field represents the total cells ever received on this circuit. Network engineers track the odometer to bill customers for total usage regardless of how many times the connection resets, ensuring no traffic is missed in the billing calculation. For billing purposes, you sum both the current session counters and the odometer to ensure you don't miss any usage when a VCC fails and is reestablished.
