What is atmSvcVccStatsInCellCountHiB?

This OID stores the high-order 32 bits of valid cells received on an ATM SVC VCC in direction 'B' (typically the opposite direction of 'A'), allowing billing systems to track inbound traffic from remote endpoints. Network engineers monitor this to ensure bidirectional communication is balanced and to detect if one direction is receiving significantly more traffic than expected. If direction B inbound cells are orders of magnitude higher than direction A inbound, it may indicate asymmetric routing or a remote-initiated bulk transfer.
