What is atmSvcVccStatsCellsTaggedA?
This counter measures how many ATM cells received early congestion notification marking on the incoming side of side A. Tagged cells are warnings that the link is approaching capacity, giving you time to add bandwidth or reduce traffic before drops occur. A value of 500 tagged cells indicates the network is beginning to strain and needs monitoring.
