What is atmSvcVccStatsCellsDroppedB?

This counter tracks how many ATM cells were discarded on the incoming side of connection B due to congestion. Monitoring this helps you detect asymmetric network problems where traffic on side B may be experiencing more loss than side A. A value of 1800 drops on side B might indicate that return traffic is getting worse congestion than forward traffic.
