What is atmSvcVccPeakCellRateB2A?

This OID stores the maximum cell rate allowed in the B-to-A direction, enforced by the ATM switch as a hard rate limit. Cells arriving faster than this rate will be dropped. You configure this when negotiating the return-path bandwidth in a two-directional ATM circuit.
