What is atmSvcVccMaxBurstSizeA2B?

This OID defines the maximum number of cells that can be sent back-to-back in the A-to-B direction before hitting the rate limit. Burst size allows short periods of higher-than-sustained sending (useful for bursty traffic like file transfers) before rate limiting kicks in. A value like 1000 means up to 1000 cells can be sent rapidly before the switch slows the connection to the sustained rate.
