What is atmSpvcVccTrafficShapingB2A?
This OID enables or disables traffic rate limiting (shaping) for data flowing from endpoint B to endpoint A on the SPVC. Network engineers use this to manage bandwidth on the return path and ensure QoS compliance for return traffic from the remote site. Enabling this feature on a congested return path prevents a remote site from flooding your network with uncontrolled traffic.
