What is atmSpvcVccTrafficShapingA2B?
This OID enables or disables traffic rate limiting (shaping) for data flowing from endpoint A to endpoint B on the SPVC. Network engineers use this to prevent one SPVC from consuming all ATM bandwidth and starving other connections on the same link. Setting this to 'enabled' ensures that traffic from A to B is throttled to the contracted bandwidth; setting it to 'disabled' removes any rate limit.
