This OID records the low-order portion of total cells transmitted to the B-side endpoint via an odometer mechanism that preserves counts indefinitely. Since ATM circuits often carry billing-critical traffic, these dual-direction persistent counters ensure neither side can lose transmission records. A typical value of 3200000000 means several billion more cells went out the B-side during this billing period.
