What is atmSpvcVccStatsOutCellCountHiB?

This OID stores the high-order (most significant) 32-bit portion of a 64-bit counter that tracks valid ATM cells transmitted on the B-side virtual circuit. Network engineers use this when monitoring outbound traffic on bidirectional ATM connections to ensure data is flowing correctly and detect transmission failures. If the high-order counter reads 1 with the low-order counter at 2000000000, it means approximately 5.4 billion cells have been transmitted.
