What is atmSpvcVccStatsCellsTaggedB?
This OID tracks cells arriving at the B-side that were marked with low priority (CLP) tags because they exceeded the QoS contract rate in that direction. A spike in tagged cells on B-side often appears before drops occur, giving engineers early warning to increase bandwidth or adjust traffic shaping. A value of 25000 tagged cells suggests the B-side customer is pushing traffic above the contracted rate.
