This OID counts ATM cells that arrived on the B-side endpoint but were dropped due to congestion, invalid structure, or QoS enforcement. If the B-side consistently shows 10000+ dropped cells while the A-side shows near-zero, it indicates asymmetric traffic problems or downstream congestion on the B endpoint.
