What is atmSpvcVccStatsCellsDroppedA?
This OID counts ATM cells that arrived on the A-side of the virtual circuit but were discarded due to congestion, bad formatting, or QoS policy violations. Engineers treat this as a critical indicator—high drop rates mean the circuit is overloaded or misconfigured and customers are losing data.
