What is atmSpvcVccReleaseCause?
This OID stores the ATM protocol cause code (1-127) from the most recent RELEASE message that ended this SPVC connection. Network engineers use this diagnostic value to understand why a call was disconnected (invalid destination, no resources, etc.). A cause code of 1 might mean 'unallocated number' (bad destination), while code 34 might mean 'access information discarded' (network issue).
