Description: Peak cell rate - side B, ATM trunk, in cells per second.

What is atmSpvcVccPeakCellRateB2A?

Sets the maximum cell rate for the reverse direction of traffic, from side B back to side A, independent of the A2B peak rate. Engineers configure this separately to match the actual bandwidth requirements and traffic patterns flowing in each direction. For example, a voice call might use peak rate 10000 cells/sec in the A2B direction but 20000 cells/sec in the B2A direction if more data flows back than forward.
