What is atmPvcVpcViA?

This OID stores a Virtual Interface ID number (0 to 1024) that associates the egress (outgoing) traffic from connection B-to-A. Engineers use this to map the logical flow through the ATM switch hardware and control where traffic exits. For example, ViA = 5 might mean "exit through virtual interface 5 on the line card."
