What is atmPvcVpcSusCellRateB2A?
This read-write OID defines the sustained cell rate for B-to-A traffic (cells per second), reserving baseline bandwidth for the return direction based on expected usage patterns. If side B typically sends only acknowledgments and signaling traffic rather than bulk data, you can set a lower sustained rate to reserve less bandwidth; a value of 50000 cells/second reserves roughly 15 Mbps. Excess traffic above sustained rate can still burst up to the peak rate if burst size permits.
