What is atmPvcVpcStatsOutOdometerCellCountLoB?
This OID stores the low 32 bits of the 64-bit outgoing cell counter for path B. When combined with OutOdometerCellCountHiB, it provides billing and performance data for the secondary transmission path. A comparison of both paths' counters helps identify uneven load distribution or failure of one transmission direction.
