This OID stores the low-order 32 bits of cells transmitted on path B, combining with the high-word counter to give the complete 64-bit egress volume for billing. Network engineers use the combined counters to accurately bill outgoing traffic and monitor path utilization. A low-word value of 2500000000 completes the total outgoing cell count for path B.
