This OID stores the low-order 32 bits of cells transmitted on path A, combined with the high word to create a complete 64-bit outgoing traffic count. Network engineers use this counter for accurate billing of egress traffic and to monitor output throughput. A low-word value of 1000000000 represents part of the total egress volume.
