What is atmPvcVpcStatsOdometerTimer?
This OID records the elapsed time in seconds since the last time the ATM cell counters (odometer) were reset to zero. Network engineers use this to determine how long the current statistics have been accumulating and to set baselines for measuring circuit performance. For example, if the timer shows 86400 seconds, exactly one day of traffic statistics have been collected.
