What is atmPvcVpcStatsOamRdiRxB?
This OID counts RDI alarm cells received on path B, showing how many times the remote equipment reported a problem with cells it received from your secondary path. High RDI counts on path B suggest the secondary path is noisy or degraded compared to path A. For example, if RDI RxB is 5000 while RDI RxA is only 100, the remote side is seeing much better signal quality on path A.
