What is atmPvcVpcStatsOamRdiRxA?

This OID counts the number of RDI cells received on path A, indicating how many times the remote equipment has told you it detected a problem in your direction. A high or rapidly increasing RDI counter suggests that the remote side is repeatedly experiencing errors or seeing bad cells coming from you. For instance, if RDI count jumps from 0 to 5000 in a few minutes, the remote end has detected a degradation in the signal you are sending.
