What is atmPvcVpcStatsOamAisTxB?

This OID counts the number of AIS cells transmitted on path B, following the same OAM alarm indication logic as path A but for the secondary path. If path B AIS transmissions increase while path A remains stable, it suggests the secondary path is experiencing fault conditions. Monitoring both paths' AIS counts together helps identify which path is degrading in a dual-path ATM setup.
