What is atmPvcVpcStatsInOdometerCellCountLoB?
This OID stores the low 32 bits of the 64-bit cell counter for path B incoming traffic. When combined with InOdometerCellCountHiB, it gives the complete traffic count for the secondary path and helps administrators verify load balancing between dual paths. A steadily increasing counter indicates healthy traffic flow, while a stuck counter suggests a network problem.
