What is atmPvcVpcStatsInOdometerCellCountLoA?
This OID stores the low 32 bits of a 64-bit counter that tracks the total number of valid ATM cells received on the incoming side of path A. The high and low parts are split this way to work around 32-bit counter limits on older systems. When the low counter wraps around past 4 billion, the high counter increments, allowing accurate billing and traffic analysis across long monitoring periods.
