What is atmPvcVpcStatsInOdometerCellCountHiB?

This OID stores the high 32 bits of a 64-bit counter tracking valid ATM cells received on the incoming side of path B, which is typically a redundant or secondary path. Engineers monitor both path A and path B to ensure traffic is balanced or to detect if one path has failed and all traffic has shifted. For instance, if path B incoming is zero while path A is high, it indicates path B is not receiving traffic.
