What is atmPvcVpcStatsInCellCountLoA?
This OID stores the low-order 32 bits of valid cells received on path A, completing a 64-bit billing counter when combined with the high-word counter. Network engineers use the combined Hi/Lo counters to track complete incoming traffic volume without overflow errors. A low-word value of 2147483647 represents the lower portion of the total cells received.
