This OID stores the high-order 32 bits of the total count of valid cells received on VPC path A for billing purposes. Network engineers use this counter pair to track actual billable traffic flowing into the network and ensure customer billing is accurate. A value of 1000000 (high word) represents billions of cells received when combined with the low-word counter.
