What is atmPvcVpcStatsCellsTaggedA?
This OID counts the number of ATM cells that were marked with a congestion notification (EFCI bit) on the incoming side of path A but were not dropped. These tagged cells warn the receiving application that the network is becoming congested so it can reduce traffic before cells actually start getting dropped. If cell tagging is high but dropped cells are zero, the congestion notification system is working correctly and preventing actual loss.
