What is atmPvcVpcStatsCellsDroppedA?
This OID counts the total number of ATM cells that were discarded on the incoming side of path A due to buffer congestion, transmission errors, or resource limits. Network engineers monitor this counter to detect when a circuit is oversubscribed or when the equipment is running out of memory to handle peak traffic.
