What is atmPvcVpcPeakCellRateB2A?
This read-write OID sets the peak cell rate for B-to-A traffic (cells per second) as a 32-bit integer, policing the maximum throughput from side B to prevent abuse or misconfiguration. You configure this to enforce your SLA and protect your network from a misbehaving or hacked peer; a value of 74880 cells/second caps B-to-A traffic at roughly 22.5 Mbps regardless of how fast side B tries to send. This protects your network even if the remote end malfunctions or is compromised.
