What is atmPvcVccSusCellRateB2A?

This Integer32 parameter defines the sustained (average) number of ATM cells per second that the network should guarantee for traffic from side B to side A. A network engineer uses this to commit long-term bandwidth capacity and prevent network congestion during normal operation. For example, a value of 500 cells/second means this circuit gets a guaranteed 23.5 Mbps even during peak network usage.
