What is atmPvcVccSusCellRateA2B?

This OID sets the target average (sustained) transmission rate from side A to side B in cells per second for normal operation. Network engineers configure this to balance demand across multiple PVCs and prevent any single circuit from consuming too much capacity. For example, a value of 50000 cells per second (about 19 Mbps) means this PVC should average 19 Mbps under typical conditions.
