This OID records the high portion of the lifetime outbound cell count for the B-to-A direction of a PVC, capturing all cells ever sent back through this circuit path. Network operators use both directions of odometer data to audit total throughput symmetry and to validate SLA compliance over months or years. If this value is significantly lower than the matching A-to-B odometer, the return path may have been congested or partially down.
