What is atmPvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoB?
This OID records the low 32 bits of outbound cells transmitted in the B-to-A direction, which together with OutCellCountHiB gives the full transmission count for the return leg of a PVC. Service providers check this metric to bill customers accurately and detect asymmetric traffic patterns that might indicate misconfiguration or attack. A sustained increase here alongside rising input counters shows the circuit is healthy and bidirectional.
