What is atmPvcVccStatsOutCellCountLoA?
This OID stores the low 32 bits of a counter that measures valid ATM cells transmitted outbound on a PVC in the A-to-B direction, completing the 64-bit cell counter when combined with the high-bits register. Together with OutCellCountHiA, this pair lets operators track total output volume without counters rolling over too quickly. A typical value might be 1,250,000,000 cells transmitted in the current billing period, showing the circuit is actively carrying traffic.
